    Who We Are

    Cyrille Gaubert

Cyrille Gaubert left Paris 3 years ago in search of a more sustainable lifestyle. His journey got him to meet urban farmers all around the world and open its eyes to the necessity of relocating a part of the food production in the cities. He believes that urban farms not only produce food but are also an incredible knowledge platform about food.

As a passionate social entrepreneur, Cyrille is currently running Swedens first incubator for urban farms, Stadsbruk. He collaborates with more than 30 urban farms in Sweden and is an enthusiastic home grower of microgreens.

    Saba Nazarian

Saba, is a Canadian Culinary Farmer and a sustainable foods advocate specializing in growing nutrient-dense greens, all year round based in Montreal (Quebec).

Saba's mission is to inspire and educate city dwellers to partake in the sustainable food movement by growing their own greens at home.

He believes that not only will this lead to adapting a healthier diet, but it will also contribute to the environmental and economic sustainability of our communities.

Botildenborg is a beautiful house from 1830 located in Rosengård currently being renovated to become Europe’s leading place for sustainable innovation. It is the home of the social company Xenofilia AB and the Botildenborg Foundation.

Food, farming and people are at the heart of every project such as Stadsbruk or Kryddor från Rosengård.

Rosengård is one of the richest cultural part of the city with more than 150 nationalities. This is the soil to great food inspiration and blending from all over the world.

This workshop is sponsored by Sproutly, a 4 months old brand created by Munkagrodden ab, Swedens biggest Sprout company. Via webpage and a few retailers, Sproutly provides all kind of seeds for growing microgreens.

With interesting recipes, comprehensive microgreen-school and a fact based blog they try to awaken the future of microgreen production trend!
